Rewriting the Classics
When I started this little site I began referring to my kids as Thing 1 and Thing 2 after the characters in The Cat in the Hat. It worked rather well, and seems to fit their personalities. But now I am faced with a quandary. What do I call the new kid, since there is no Thing 3 in the book?
In case you couldn’t tell, this was my “clever” way of announcing that The Wife is pregnant. Number 3 is on the way. Arriving in the vicinity of July 16th.
