Last week, Thing 1 had the opportunity to learn that this whole potty training thin is an extreme sport. There is an element of danger that he never expected and a degree of difficulty that he had not anticipated. You see, he has one of those little training tiolets that is his height and so forth. He also has one of those seats that adapt a regular sized toilet to less than regular sized bottoms. Well, he decided that he wanted to sit on the big toilet one day, but figured it would be easier to just do it himself rather than disturb us. Well, he had a small problem…well you can just see for yourself.
