Project Info:

The company wanted to create a booklet to hand out at conferences and expos that described what the company did and the successes they had been having. I was asked to design the booklet based on a set of sections and a rough description of the intended contents.

I started with the cover and basic layout using dummy text. The cover image is actually a composite of two images, the rig and the sky.  I painstakingly masked out the background through each little hole in the rig structure to allow proper layering.

Once I had real content I began working on the interior pages finding appropriate graphics and tweaking the layout to accommodate them. With the exception of the text I was given freedom to design the booklet and determine the layout and graphics.
