Project Info:

IntelliServ has a large number of Field Technicians that travel to the rig sites to assist companies using their technology. It was becoming a very daunting task to manage the schedules and training of the Field Techs. I was asked to create an interface for a webapp that they would build.

This webapp needed to assist management in setting schedules and tracking the location of the Field Techs. They would also use it to ensure that the Field Techs were properly trained and certified. It would also be the tool the Field Techs would use to receive information about their upcoming deployments and training commitments. The idea was to either create a unified system or bring a collection of other systems into a unified interface.
