Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to apps created by DigitalSandbox, LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") that link to this policy (each hereby referred to as the "Application"). This service is provided for use "AS IS". If an app links to its own dedicated privacy policy, that policy applies instead of this one.
The Application does not contain advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking of any kind. The Application does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information with the Service Provider or any third party.
Information You Enter
Any information you enter into the Application is stored locally on your device. If the Application offers iCloud sync or backup and you have iCloud enabled, the Application uses Apple's CloudKit service to sync your data privately between your own Apple devices and to back it up to your personal iCloud account. The Service Provider has no access to your iCloud data.
Information Automatically Collected
The Application does not automatically collect any information about you, your device, or your usage. There are no analytics, no crash reporting services, no advertising identifiers, and no tracking technologies.
The Application does not collect information about the location of your device.
Third Party Access
The Service Provider does not share any information with third parties because the Service Provider does not collect any information.
The Application may rely on certain Apple services that are part of iOS and macOS:
- StoreKit / App Store — if the Application offers in-app purchases, they are processed by Apple. Apple also verifies your purchase status. Purchase data is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy; the Service Provider does not receive your name, email, or payment details from these transactions.
- iCloud (CloudKit) — if the Application offers sync or backup, information stored in iCloud is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and is associated with your Apple ID, not with the Service Provider.
- System Share Sheet — if you choose to share content from the Application, the operating system hands the content off to whichever app you select. The Service Provider has no involvement in that hand-off.
Children's Privacy
Some of the Service Provider's Applications are designed for children. The Service Provider does not collect personal information from any user, including children. Because the Application does not transmit any data to the Service Provider, no information about any user — child or adult — is collected by the Service Provider.

Data Retention and Deletion
Because all data is stored on your device and, where applicable, in your personal iCloud account, you control retention. You can delete your data from within the Application at any time. Uninstalling the Application removes its local data; you may also remove any iCloud data through your device's iCloud settings.
Security
Data on your device is protected by the security of the operating system itself. Data synced through iCloud, where applicable, is protected by Apple's iCloud security. Because the Service Provider does not receive or store your data on its own servers, there is no Service Provider–operated server that could be compromised.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
